  • Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before the event and receive a full refund less £25 processing costs. Cancellations received between 30 days and 21 days before the event will receive a 75% refund of monies paid. Canellations received vetween 20 and 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of monies paid. Cancellations received within 13 days and 7 days of the event will receive a 25% refund of monies paid. Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the event will receive a 10% refund of monies paid. This cancellation policy does NOT affect the Guarantee stated on the www.ukgoldevent.com website and is for cancellations made before the event is run. The event starts at 9am (GMT) September 18th 2009.
